Services Description

Craftedwystudio provides professional wardrobe consultation services including personal styling, color analysis, wardrobe organization, and shopping assistance. Our services are designed to help clients enhance their personal style and create functional wardrobes that align with their lifestyle and preferences.

All consultations and recommendations are based on professional expertise in fashion and styling. Results may vary based on individual circumstances, budget, and implementation of recommendations.

User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your style preferences, measurements, and wardrobe needs. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to book consultation services independently. Minors may participate in consultations with parental or guardian consent.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. You agree not to:

Booking and Payment

Consultation appointments must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting us directly. Payment is required at the time of booking or as specified in your service agreement. We accept various payment methods as indicated during the booking process.

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change. The price agreed upon at the time of booking will be honored regardless of subsequent price changes.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to receive a full refund minus an administrative fee. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit 50 percent of the consultation fee. No-shows without prior notification will forfeit the full consultation fee.

We understand that emergencies occur and will work with clients on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances. Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours before your appointment without penalty.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and styling recommendations, is the property of Craftedwystudio and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Style guides, lookbooks, and other materials provided during consultations are for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Craftedwystudio provides styling advice and recommendations to the best of our professional ability. However, we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes. Our consultations are advisory in nature, and final decisions regarding wardrobe purchases and style choices remain with the client.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or the implementation of our recommendations, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific consultation in question.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
